Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between your agency and [Company legal name] ("PitchPilot") for use of the PitchPilot service. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your agency.

Your account

• Keep login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your agency's accounts.
• Owners control team access, billing and data deletion.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the outreach you send. Follow the anti-spam, privacy and marketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, including identifying your agency, honouring opt-outs and not using misleading subject lines.
• Don't use PitchPilot to send bulk unsolicited email, harass anyone, or contact people who opted out.
• Only audit websites that are publicly accessible. Don't attempt to scan systems you don't have permission to test.
• Don't scrape, resell or misuse Google Maps data; Google's terms for Places data apply.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or its sending reputation at risk.

AI-generated content

Pitches, content drafts and summaries are generated by AI from audit results and your inputs. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you send or publish it. You own the content you create; you are responsible for how you use it.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy.]
• If a payment fails or you downgrade, your data is kept; usage above the new plan's limits is paused until you upgrade or trim.
• Prices may change with [30] days' notice.

Your data

Availability and changes
